Payroll Submission
The payrolls loaded from the Payroll Sending menu are sent to the employees.
The payroll submitter can also sign payrolls electronically, making the process faster and more efficient.
Payroll Imaging
In the payroll display menu, it can be tracked which employees have received payrolls and who has electronically signed their payrolls.

How do your employees view their payroll?
It is also very easy for your employees to view and sign their payslips:
SMS or Someone Notification: Employees receive an SMS notification when their payslips are ready. Employees who are Bilimp users also receive a notification. Employees are informed that their payrolls are ready.
Easy Imaging: They can easily view their payslips in a special web form by clicking on the link in the sent notification. If e-payroll is only used for viewing, the process ends here.
TUBITAK Time Stamped Approval After reviewing the payslip, employees can approve their payslip with a TUBITAK time stamp.
Electronic Signature & Mobile Signature: After reviewing the payslip, employees can electronically put their signature on it and quickly approve it.
