Corporate Content Sharing in Human Resources Management

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word “sharing”? Of course, social media posts… We are happy, we share photos. We are sad, we share a motto. We all love these posts so much… We post billions of posts on social media platforms every day. Yes, “sharing content” has now become a part of our lives.

What I want to say is corporate content sharing... What if we use the social media platforms that we use so intensely in our private life as a “Business tool” in our Company?

Would be nice indeed.

First of all, this approach will make them happy if our employees use the same platforms they are used to in social life in business life. On the other hand, employees’ contribution to Corporate Content sharing with “like” or “comment” will also make Institution-Employee communication interactive.

Measuring the opinions of the employees on various issues by using the survey feature, which is also frequently used in Social Sharing Platforms, will bring different perspectives to the Institution.

Undoubtedly, one of the most important issues to be considered here is to reach all employees. For this reason, it is important that the corporate content sharing tools we will use can be used on mobile devices.
